Procorem Inspect is an upcoming mobile app for inspections with support for the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspections standards. It will initially be available for state agency users on iPad and iPhone and will link to ProLinkHFA through Procorem.

The app offers a specialized template designed to support the NSPIRE inspection protocol from HUD.
Seamless Integration
Our mobile app integrates with the ProLinkHFA database. The user can download properties from ProLinkHFA at any time, updating their device to match new properties added to the portfolio.
Stay Up-to-Date
As HUD rolls out new versions of the NSPIRE protocol, the app will be updated accordingly.
Offline Mode
Once an inspection is complete, the inspector can sync the data and photos from their local device to ProLinkHFA. If there are multiple inspectors, then all inspectable areas will be automatically merged into a single inspection in ProLinkHFA.
View All of Your Properties in One Place
The main page of Procorem Inspect displays in-progress, scheduled, and completed inspections for properties including the primary property photo from ProLinkHFA. These inspections can be synced from ProLinkHFA through Procorem or created directly on the device.
